Hypno-Therapy

In-person only

This is a non-talking therapy session designed specifically for you. Each session is personalised to address your unique needs. We utilise hypnosis, which induces a deep state of relaxation, and we will expertly guide you through a carefully curated sequence aimed at achieving profound relaxation. This may include elements of guided mindfulness or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) where appropriate. Following the session, you will feel refreshed and rejuvenated, as many people report experiencing a deep and restorative night’s sleep afterward. For issues related to sleep problems, stress, and anxiety, and pregnancy hypno-birthing, we recommend attending a series of sessions to fully reap the benefits and achieve lasting results.

  • Revive & Thrive: This dynamic class combines elements of Strength High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with the flowing movements of power yoga, enhanced by the practice of connected breathwork to cultivate both strength and flexibility.

  • Revive, Restore, and Relax: In this gentle floor-based restorative class, we'll hold positions for an extended period to promote deep stretching and allow for the relaxation of tense muscles, providing an opportunity for healing and rejuvenation.

  • Revive Bliss: Engage in a serene mindfulness meditation session, where a guided relaxation experience is designed to help you unwind, find inner peace, and reconnect with your sense of tranquility.
