As a mind health and wellbeing collective, we assist members by providing Hypno-CBT Therapy (using, hypnosis, CBT and mindfulness collectively), talking therapies, mind health training and coaching, mindfulness, hypno-relaxation therapy, yoga courses, yoga teacher training and more. Let us help you connect with yourself and meet your needs we are available to see you, online or in-person.
